Category and neighbourhood pages rank you by the HeatPumpIndex score, using a published formula.

3. The homeowner sends a request

Your profile carries a request form rather than a phone number. What comes in reaches HeatPumpIndex by email. Nothing has been sent on to any company from this site, and we would not start without agreeing it with you first.

What can you actually change?

Every profile here shows public data, and there is no second, better version of it to unlock: no claimed tier, no account, no dashboard. What you can change is whether that public data is right. Email the desk and a person edits the record. The line worth checking first is the heat pump evidence one, because it is read from your own website and will be wrong if that site does not say what you actually fit.
