Each line above is a sentence a crawler found on that company’s website when the site was read on 2026-08-30. Nobody here rang a regulator or looked at a certificate, which is why every line begins “Says it”.

What reviewers kept coming back to

Used them for years: “guy at Mr. Heat who I’ve trusted in my HVAC repairs for 15+ years”
Same day service: “has always made sure to show up the day of my call”
Fair price: “He fixed it in a short period of time with a reasonable price, much less than what I thought originally”
Water heater or tankless: “I also used his service for replacement of my Hot water tank and a new A/C installation”
Air conditioner install: “my Hot water tank and a new A/C installation”
Slow to respond: “I gave you times that you agreed to and then you just never showed up and then kept shifting to a different date”

Themes come only from the Google reviews already stored against this listing, and each one carries the reviewer’s own sentence. A listing with fewer than three stored reviews gets none at all.
