What reviewers kept coming back to

Same day service: “I called Oakleaf and Steve was able to come out that afternoon to assess situation, which resulted in needing a new unit.”
Air conditioner install: “He was able to come back the following morning and install my new unit.”
Fair price: “He explained why and provided a very fair price for equipment and install.”
Left a mess: “The so called pro window guy left the room with dust an concrete everywhere for over 2 days.”

Themes come only from the Google reviews already stored against this listing, and each one carries the reviewer’s own sentence. A listing with fewer than three stored reviews gets none at all.
