What this site read

What reviewers kept coming back to

Fair price: “What he did not do was charge for all the extra time he put in. He set a very fair price, found and fixed the problem”
Followed up after the job: “he called a few days after the installation to make sure everything was still running smoothly”
Water heater or tankless: “was able to replace my pool hot water heater with the exact same model”
Air conditioner install: “He installed my AC quickly and efficiently, and the price was more than fair”
Explained the options: “he showed me what was wrong, gave me my options and the corresponding cost”
After hours or holiday callout: “This year the air conditioner died and he came on a weekend to replace it”

Themes come only from the Google reviews already stored against this listing, and each one carries the reviewer’s own sentence. A listing with fewer than three stored reviews gets none at all.
