What reviewers kept coming back to

Water heater or tankless: “They removed my hot water tank and replaced it with a new one.”
Arrived when promised: “Adam came the very next day as promised and was on time!”
Same day service: “Came to my house the day I messaged him to take a look at my furnace and came back the following day to replace it and my AC unit.”
Quick installation: “My furnace died on me and Adam had it replaced and running within 24 hours!”
Slow to respond: “Took months to get a simple heat pump installed.”
Left a mess: “After three years of waiting, this joke of a company still hasn’t finished our furnace installation as they FORGOT to install an air return on the main floor.”

Themes come only from the Google reviews already stored against this listing, and each one carries the reviewer’s own sentence. A listing with fewer than three stored reviews gets none at all.
